CANCELLATION TERMS

The applicable cancellation policy is dependent on the rate confirmed at the time of your booking. The rate may vary depending on the date and time of year and is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Cancellation Conditions

Free cancellation for reservations canceled more than 7 days before check-in (4:00 pm local time);
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or no-show will result in the loss of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Payment

50% of the total value of the reservation will be requested on the date of sending it, an amount that must be paid no later than 2 days after the date of sending.
In case of cancellation, change or no-show, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.

NOTE

In cases of omission regarding the cancellation of reservations, Herdade d Rio Torto reserves the right to apply the higher cancellation conditions.
Applicable rates may be subject to changes duly identified at the time of booking.

Early departure

It does not give the right to refund the payment of the stay.
